Dr. Nick Johnson is a native Oklahoman. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Oklahoma. During medical school, he was selected to participate in an Orthopedic research fellowship at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. He then went on to complete residency Charlotte, North Carolina at renowned Carolinas Medical Center. He was then selected to complete fellowship in Adult reconstruction at OrthoCarolina where he further subspecialized in complex primary and revision hip and knee replacement as well as special focus in the treatment of periprosthetic joint infection. He completed his training across the country, always hoping to have the chance to return home and treat patients in his native Oklahoma.

 

With a solid foundation in medical excellence, Dr. Nick R. Johnson is a distinguished orthopedic surgeon who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. Dr. Johnson's approach to patient care is rooted in compassion and personalized treatment plans. He believes in empowering his patients with knowledge and engaging them in their care decisions. His philosophy is to combine surgical excellence with a patient-centered approach to achieve the best possible results. He has special interest in complex hip and knee reconstruction as well as revision hip and knee reconstruction and treatment periprosthetic joint infection.
